This comfortably sized property has the living area and one double bedroom and bathroom downstairs and a further two double bedrooms with bathrooms upstairs. The ground floors pine kitchen is equipped for today’s user and overlooks the poolside area and its comfortable TV lounge has large sliding doors to the south facing poolside and terrace area.
The 9 x 4 rectangular pool has a depth of 2mts in the deep end and 1mt in the shallow end, sunbathing terraces with sun beds surround the pool and the summer dining area with built in BBQ is located under the summer porch.
The gardens are well kept with grassed areas and floral borders and hedges.
