Glorious four bedroom villa, three twins and one double, two full bathrooms and a WC, well equipped kitchen with dining area. Spacious lounge looking out to the sunny terraces and a private pool, which is 30 ft x 12 ft. Also all in the same level: barbeque area, and roof terrace with views to the sea and mountains. The property faces south so you get the sun all day. The villa is situated in a quiet residential area, but still walking distance to Nerja's town centre and beaches - around 5 to 10 minutes walk to everything. It is also very private. House linen is provided, please bring your own beach towels. The villa is in a quiet residential area and has the benefit of Satellite TV, and a washing machine. Sleeps a maximum of 8 people.

• Long term rental from November until end of March price per month 1100 pounds excluding services

Cot and high chair 30 pounds
200 pounds (refundable) breakage deposit is payable prior to arrival.  To confirm your booking a 50% deposit cheque has to be sent, balance cheque one month before arrival.

Final cleaning is included in all fees. If required extra cleaning it may be charged for.

Again please note our lovely villas are aimed for family use. Groups of youngsters not supervised or students are not welcome. In this respect we reserve the right to refuse admission.

BOOKINGS ARE SATURDAY - SATURDAY

We are now charging 40 euros per week for internet connection and 80 euros refundable deposit.  This deposit is for a portable device that we will provide to our customers to place it into their laptop and that by the end of your holiday must be returned to us.
