All the apartments have undergone a full refurbishment this winter and have central air conditioning and heating, plasma TV-SAT and a property safe.

 The integral fully fitted kitchen has an electric vitro ceramic hob and oven; there is also a microwave, a fridge with freezer compartment, a toaster and kettle. There is sufficient crockery and utensils for four guests.

 The two double bedrooms are situated to the rear of the property. Both bedrooms are furnished pleasantly, have fitted wardrobes and have two twin beds in each.

 The apartment has one very pleasant bathroom with an over bath shower facility,  there is a 3.5k washing machine and a large sink and vanity unit with a large mirror. 

 The ground floor apartments have a south facing covered terrace and a rear covered patio and the first floor apartments have an open south facing terrace with a rear covered patio.

 There is ample road side parking. 

The apartment are cleaned and towels changed twice a week whilst bed linen is changed weekly, (extra cleaning can be arranged if wished). A food pack can  also be provided if required.
