Villas VTS35-15 and VTS36-16 are two very comfortable bungalow style villas set within ample private lawns and grounds, making them ideal for everyone. The villas are located in the lower part of the quiet Torre Soli estate of Son Bou. Each villa has 3 double bedrooms with two single beds in each. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom with full bath. The living area lies towards the front of the house and has an open plan design, with a TV lounge and dining area and a kitchen with American bar.

The fully equipped kitchen offers gas top and electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and enough crockery and utensils for six guests. The ample kitchen cum living area is pleasing on the eyes with comfortable furnishings and an easy feel. Whether relaxing by the TV /DVD or playing summer board games or just dining in – this villa accommodates six guests adequately.

Leading out of the lounge areas sliding doors; there is a large covered terrace area, an 8 x 4 mts private pool, shallow end of 1 meter and a deeper end of 1.8mts, around the pool are sun terraces with 6 sun beds and furnishings. and ample manicured lawns. This outdoor area is fully furnished with summer sun beds, tables, chairs and a BBQ. 

The villa faces towards the south and therefore the covered terrace is quiet welcoming on hot days or an ideal point for watching over the grounds and private pool. It is also correctly furnished with summer dining tale and chairs and a portable BBQ.

Both villas are equipped with satellite TV, washing machine and property safe.The ample grounds provide a comfortable play area and are bordered by trimmed hedges.In the nearby resort of Son Bou there are numerous bars, restaurants, supermarkets, souvenir shops; children’s play areas, bus stop and a pharmacy. 

The villas do have drive in parking areas and to assist with distances; the beach is a few minutes drive away, some 1.200 mts. The main resort 900 mts away, the nearest town of Alaior is 8 kms away and the airport 20kms.

Your holiday includes: A clean and change of all towels (hand, kitchen and bath) twice a week and clean bed linen once a week.

Just to help start you off a “welcome pack” will be left in your villa upon arrival.
