Villa R05 in Nerja is an elegant roman looking large glorious house set in a fabulous position, just on the outskirts of Nerja.
Five bedrooms: sleeps 10-11.
Light  and airy and spacious enough for a large family or groups sharing. Enter across the huge open terrace around the pool with covered pergola. The house has marble floors throughout every room. There is an 'L'-shaped lounge with an open fireplace, and dining room surrounded by a terrace.
The spacious kitchen is well-equipped, there is a cloakroom with a washing machine, one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, both en-suite. Up the marble stairs to the third twin bedroom with its magnificent roof terraces with views all over Nerja to the sea and surrounding mountains.
Below is a completely self-contained apartment, with separate access. Two bedrooms one double and one twin, kitchen/dining room and walk in shower/bathroom. All newly built and modern style with three large French windows overlooking the valley below and across to the mountains.
The villa is delightfully private without being isolated. You can walk to the town through the countryside (approximately 25 minutes walk) and easy access being 1 kilometre from the motorway to Málaga. There is also a bus stop 5 minutes walk from the villa which runs every hour.  The fare is currently about 2 Euros per person..

Cot and high chair 30 pounds.
200 pounds (refundable) breakage deposit is payable prior to arrival.  To confirm your booking a 50% deposit cheque has to be sent, and the balance cheque one month before arrival.

Final cleaning is included in all fees. If required extra cleaning it may be charged for.

Again please note our lovely villas are aimed for family use. Groups of youngsters not supervised or students are not welcome. In this respect we reserve the right to refuse admission.
